There’s so much that goes on with postpartum bodies from hair loss, to leaky boobs, the list just seems to go on forever. This isn’t my first rodeo guys, this is my second post-partum journey and it’s a bit different from the first. This time around I noticed something a bit more embarrassing…BO. Yep, that smell I thought might have been my husband was ME. You can imagine how mortified I was that I smelt that bad. Up until then I was not consistently wearing deodorant because I didn’t really notice it. Like any mom, I started doing my research. I tried to see what might help because at this point I needed something that would work and fast! That’s when I found Secret’s Aluminum Free deodorant. And just because a deodorant is Aluminum free doesn’t mean that it’s free of talc, baking soda, parabens, aluminum, dyes, glycol but Secret’s is!
Some say that body odour occurs more post-partum because it helps baby find mama and that liquid gold (breast milk)! I don’t know if this is proven but it sounds about right to me. I wanted to make sure that Secret’s Aluminum Free Deodorant is also something that I’m comfortable using while breastfeeding thanks to it’s free formula.
So I know I talked about all the amazing things about aluminum free deodorant but does it work? I had to give it a shot and tried it over a span of two weeks and absolutely saw the difference the first day.
